GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. The Eighth Convocation of Central University of Rajasthan is scheduled to be held on 1st March 2025. 

2. Degree will be awarded to the students who have passed out in the year 2022 and 2023. 

3. All degree recipients are required to register themselves and deposit the degree certificate fee of Rs.1000/- through the online link https://curaj.ac.in/convocation2025

4. The last date of registration convocation is 10^th Feb. 2025. 

5. Filling Online Application Form:

(a) To apply online, the student should have a Soft copy of the latest Passport size photograph (Photograph less than 100 kb) in JPEG format and a no-dues certificate in PDF format not more than 100 kb.

(b) Upload the matriculation certificate to verify your name, Father’s Name, and Mother’s Name.

(c) Payment Mode: Online Payment for Degree Certificate fee of Rs.1000/- through Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, etc. The fee, once paid, is non-refundable.

(d) Fill up the Convocation form online through a link: https://curaj.samarth.ac.in/convocation. Registration Id: Email Id, Password: OTP Based

(e) Please fill in your personal information like correspondence address, Phone Number, Email-ID, etc.

(f) Confirm that your Name, Enrollment No., Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Department, Programme, School, Year of passing and all other details filled are correct.

6. Recipients who wish to receive their Degree Certificate in Absentia (by post) from the Office of CoE should also fill out the application form and mention “In Absentia”. Please note that the Address provided by you in the application form should be correct, as your degree certificate will be sent by post to this address only.

7. Applications submitted online after the last date of submission will not be accepted. 

8. All the degree recipients are required to present in proper academic dress. 

9. Since, the level of security will be very high due to the visit of the Honourable Chief Guest; you should carry a photo ID card and avoid carrying any prohibited items during your visit to the campus. 

10. All the degree recipients are requested to regularly check the university website for any update in information.
